SEPTA transit plans for the parade on Friday have been released. Starting today (2/12), people can get a $10 SEPTA special day pass for Friday’s Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl Championship Parade.
The transit pass is good for 10 rides on SEPTA services. People need to buy their passes at Regional Rail Sales Offices before the parade, but any unused rides stay good after the celebration.
Thanks to Kevin Hart’s Gran Coramino tequila brand, riding the Market-Frankford and Broad Street lines will be free on Friday (2/14). Service starts early – trains will run every six to eight minutes starting at 5 a.m.
You can buy passes at nine stations throughout the region. Bucks County spots include Levittown, Cornwells Heights, Doylestown, and Warminster. In Montgomery County, you’ll find them at Willow Grove, Lansdale, Narberth, Glenside, and Bethayres.
“On behalf of the Philadelphia Police Department, I want to congratulate the Philadelphia Eagles on bringing their second Super Bowl title back to Philly,” said Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin J. Bethel to Phila.gov.
The celebration kicks off at Lincoln Financial Field, with the parade heading north toward the Art Museum on Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Transit changes start Thursday night, when buses near Broad Street move to different routes.
Regional Rail trains start running at 4:30 a.m. and finish at 10:50 p.m. on Friday. Don’t wait – no Regional Rail tickets will be sold on parade day, so load up your key card before Friday.
Paid parking will be enforced at all stations as well.
SEPTA buses will be detoured on and around Broad Street beginning late Thursday evening.
PATCO’s New Jersey service will run on a special schedule. From morning until early afternoon, westbound trains will only stop at five stations: Lindenwold, Woodcrest, Ferry Avenue, City Hall, and 9/10 & Locust. After 2 p.m., eastbound service goes back to normal.
Mayor Cherelle L. Parker announced city offices will be closed Friday, allowing workers to join the city-wide celebration.

Sports Complex Parking Closed
The parking lots at the Sports Complex in South Philadelphia will be closed for the parade on Friday. This decision mirrors the closure during the 2018 parade.
The city has confirmed that keeping the lots open would require too much Philadelphia police manpower, which is needed elsewhere to ensure parade security. Please plan accordingly and consider alternative transportation options to avoid any inconvenience.
